I graduated from Thousand Islands Central School.  I have an AAS Degree from Paul Smiths College in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have been in food service in one way or another for about 35 years. This includes the dish washing job when I was 15 until present. I worked at Samaritan Medical Center from 1981-1988.  I left there to become the cook/manager at Lyme Central School. I was there for 10 years before coming to Watertown in September 1998.

I love my Job!
