Physical Education-Discipline Plan

Expectations:

Students will be responsible for their actions

Students will be respectful of others and themselves

Students will be safe and create a safe class environment

Students will participate to the best of their abilities at all times

Discipline plan:

Student will be given a warning

Student will identify and discuss the problem with the teacher

A solution will be discussed

If the problem reoccurs, the student will move to “time out”

The problem will be revisited with the student at the end of the class

Classroom teacher will be notified of the problem

If the problem persists, parent will be notified

Severe situation, the principal will be notified
