Supplies

Each student should bring to class:

• An alert mind  (nurtured by a good night's sleep)
• A desire to improve his or her reading/writing skills
• A bit of patience and persistence 
• An agenda book
• A pencil
• Any English class assignments that require my assistance

Supplies provided by me:

• Either a 2-pocket folder or a 1-inch binder (depending on the grade level), to be kept in my classroom
• Looseleaf paper
• Tissue
• Highlighters

I also provide:

• Enthusiasm
• A sense of humor
• Relentless optimism, patience and persistence
