WCSD Concussion Management Protocol
Below you can get to the WCSD Concussion Management protocol (7601) and the Return to Play Documentation Chart. Once the student has been given full clearance (documentation has been handed to the school nurse) they will start the “6 Day” return to play protocol.

Planning to participate in college athletics:

Any student interested in participating in College Athletics after graduation should contact their guidance counselor during their freshman year or thereafter to inform them of their interest in playing at the collegiate level. 

Counselors will be able to assist student athletes and their parents with the academic requirements for participation and registration through the NCAA Clearinghouse.

Student athletes and parents can obtain further information about the NCAA or NAIA by contacting the following organizations.

Senior Picture Uniform Request

• Medication Authorization Form (for those who may need an inhaler or Epi-Pen)

Reserve for: 
2:30-3:30 or
3:30-4:30 

• Students must sign up by 1:00PM on the day of use.

• Students must be academically eligible!

• Students MUST stay for the entire time slot signed up for or will lose privileges.

• Students MUST enter the weight room through DOOR 9 (near pool)

• 2:30-3:30 session: Students must report to the fitness center and be checked in with the coach by 2:30.  At 3:30, students will be dismissed to late bus.

• If you are in the 3:30-4:30 session, you are NOT to report to the weight room or the hallway until that time.

  Open Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays/summer)
  2:30-4:30 HS Student Open Fitness
  4:30-6:30 Staff/Community Open Fitness

• Need to have a change of shoes (Dirt and debris damage equipment)

• Cancellation will be announced in HS, Staff E-mail, and on the Athletic Facebook Page
