How to order/pay for transcripts/health records
Transcripts/Health records that are older than ten years will be at the District office, 315-785-3706. For more recent years you will have to call the high school guidance office 315-785-3820.
To receive the older documents there is a five-dollar charge. You can either pay online by going to the school District website or send a money order. If you pay online, you will need to go to https://www.watertowncsd.org/about-us/departments/business-office and then click on payment portal, the blue and white box with have questions to complete. Paying online has an extra three-dollar fee, but you only enter five- dollars and the fee will automatically add on to the final cost. When you complete the online payment send a copy of the receipt to sjennings@watertowncsd.org.
If you pay with a money order the address is Watertown City School District 1351 Washington Street Watertown, NY 13601.
Also, when you send the receipt to the District Office, a brief release statement of name, date of birth, date of graduation and that you are giving the district permission to release your records. Also include the address/email of where you want the documents sent.
