Medication Policy
If your child needs to take medication during the school day, prescription or over-the-counter, the following must be provided to the school nurse.
- Written order from the health care provider stating the medication and dose to provide.
- Written request from the parent/guardian.
- Medication in its original container.
Students are not permitted to carry medication with them unless authorized in writing by the health care provider and parent.
